Tara creates personalised treatment programs targeting nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress reduction techniques tailored to each client. A self-confessed science nerd, Tara uses advanced diagnostic testing to dive deep into the digestive function, metabolism, hormones and genetics, to get to the root cause of health issues, instead of just treating the symptoms. She offers DNA Wellness testing to ensure the right foods and types of exercise are prescribed. A DNA test provides a comprehensive analysis on how your body breaks down certain foods so that a personalised eating plan can be created specifically for you. Tara integrates neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and time line therapy into her consultations primarily in an effort to create sustained behavioural change in her clients. She believes NLP helps people to fully commit to what they truly want, instils in them a deeper commitment to the process of healing so they can move forward with their lives. Tara's programs deliver education and tools to better your performance, with improved energy, virility, digestion, sleep, immune function, hormonal balance or weight management. Tara was raised on a completely healthy, non-processed organic way of eating. When she first left home as a young adult and started eating badly, she developed an autoimmune condition. By returning to the diet she grew up with however, she put the illness into remission. Later, when Tara’s friends began to seek nutritional advice from her, she suddenly realised she could create a fulfilling career doing what she loves. As a mother to three athletic teenagers and a business owner, Tara understands the challenges of achieving balance and a healthy lifestyle. She knows what it means to juggle the demands of family, professional athletic training and the commercial world, especially for those in executive management. Tara always practices what she preaches and loves partnering with people to help them achieve endless vitality and a healthy body driven by a happy mind.
