She is a strong believer that life is an adventure and trusting that whatever life throws at you, everything is going to be ok. Carolyn knows this all too well. She worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years, finally realising that her soul’s purpose was not being met. After experiencing and overcoming Anxiety, Burnout, Cancer and Depression, Eyesight and Fertility challenges, Carolyn has worked her way through her own personal alphabet of health issues and now wants to focus on helping you Grow through your own challenging times. She enjoys seeing clients in her clinic, running workshops and personal development classes, and presenting to corporate businesses. Carolyn shares tools and techniques that change lives and bring real happiness back to those who have suffered from depression, anxiety and burnout. Her book Empowered Happiness shares how she overcame depression to live a happier and fulfilled life. She is also the creator of the world’s first kinesiology “Kinesi” cards and a corporate speaker, blogger and co-author of many other books.
