A spiritual alignment by distance gives you the opportunity to receive an energy healing with both Jason Engelbrecht (Shelley's partner) and Shelley —or Shelley individually—while they work simultaneously with you, just as if you were in the healing room with them. The session involves a quick check-in to see what you would like to focus on. You are then asked you to get comfortable in your space—whether it's lying on the couch or seated with your favourite crystal. Shelley then sets the crystals on the massage table as if you were lying there. The session proceeds by invoking energetically to set the space, Jason practices some sound healing techniques to lift and shift out of the energy field that which is ready to move straight away. Via a guided visualisation, Jason connects you deeply to Mother Earth, and Shelley connects you to the seat of your soul. Shelley moves through the hands-on work and offers suggestions of emotional and energetic release. Sometimes clients feel this as a buzzing or tingling sensation. There's the opportunity to cut cords of attachment and clear contractual debris. Throughout the session Jason conduits the energy through the crystals, working with a large crystal grid that is like a portal straight into your energy field. The session ends with sound medicine that's like a carwash for the soul. While you relax in fully-clothed comfort, your entire energy field comes into balance—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—connecting you to your inner world and restoring peace and harmony.
