About
Diana is a Wayapa Wuurrk® practitioner who describes the practice as a beautiful blend of meditation, movement and a way of living. A strong believer in the privilege of intergenerational responsibility, Diana believes that practising Wayapa encourages us to become custodians of the earth, to consciously choose to make a positive impact on our planet, and to make changes to the way we live - each and every day. A combination of mind, body, spirit and Earth, Wayapa encourages us to live regeneratively... A combination of mind, body, spirit and Earth, Wayapa encourages us to live regeneratively and in harmony with the planet, and to connect with our cultural stories. Inviting us to draw on the wealth of Indigenous knowledge, in particular Aboriginal stories and culture, the practice also acknowledges that together we have much to learn from our wisdom, stories, memory and culture. Diana believes Wayapa has the ability to help people reconnect with the Earth, to help us realise we are part of nature and shift our way of looking at the world, in a non-judgemental way, to live in harmony. She loves the focus it puts on the Earth first - followed by body, mind and spirit - and the way it enables people to make different choices. As a Wayapa practitioner in the corporate space, Diana believes there has never been a better time for business and organisations to align their beliefs, values and actions to adopt regenerative strategies and practices, and cultivate a stronger workplace wellness culture. Diana is a member of the Transformational Travel Council and in the future, is planning to offer tours and retreats in Victoria first, then Australia and internationally, which would include Wayapa and naure connection as part of the experiences. Based in Melbourne, Diana is happy to offer her sessions on location anywhere in Australia, and online. Read more
