Sessions with me provide a safe, authentic and non-judgmental space to explore the human condition. With empathy, encouragement and genuine connection, I collaborate with clients to foster a more empowered and enjoyable path through life. I hold a Diploma of Counselling and am member of the Australian Counselling Association. My practice is influenced by many years of sitting meditation experience and having lived with and learned from many incredible beings of great relaxation and ease.
