Christina is a gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor offering support to people in embracing their own unique journey with their spiritual awakening. Often arriving in a client’s life at a time of significant life transition, crisis, grief, loss or trauma, Christina supports people in the process of awakening, integration, transition and a deeper connection to their soul’s wisdom. Her focus is to raise global conscious awareness by teaching individuals how they can master a balanced and more consciously aware way of living. Providing a grounded and balanced approach, Christina uses her intuition to give her clients a gentle, grounded space to allow for the process of healing, integration, transition of energy and a shift in consciousness. Striving for balance, Christina works to help people move through a crisis, transition and then restore balance, encouraging them to heal themselves. Using a meditative process and incorporating the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, Christina says her counselling has profound effects on people. She helps connect them to a spiritual space and grounds their energy to the earth and to the connection with the energy of the healing elements of nature, so they feel less scattered and more centred. Christina feels uplifted by helping people find their natural born spiritual connection and teaching them to live a grounded, peaceful, balanced and independent way of life. She moved into the field of supporting others after going through her own conscious shift of awakening, embracing her authentic self and discovering her calling and purpose in the world. Christina has been working in healing therapies since 2007, and is also a funeral and marriage celebrant. She is also an author, publishing her first book in 2016, entitled: ‘At The Risk of Sounding Crazy’ – 12 Steps To Surviving A Reality Crisis. It is a self-help book for any individual who has experienced a crisis or conscious shift of awakening, providing the steps they can take to turn their life around and showing them how to live a conscious, balanced life. Christina also runs workshops that go hand in hand with her book at wellness expos. Read more
