With a well-established history of delivering customised yoga classes in various settings, Sharon is now focusing on providing individualised yoga sessions and programs both face-to-face and online. She has completed more than 1,300 hours of training and education in all aspects of yoga and yoga therapy. Drawing on her years of experience, Sharon will work with you to help you manage, reduce or eliminate symptoms, or accelerate healing of any current health issues. She is particularly experienced in using yoga and yoga therapy for conditions like anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, chronic pain, lower back pain, knee rehabilitation, breast cancer, arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Whether you are already in good health and just want to explore a yoga practice that is customised to suit your goals and areas of interest, or dealing with a health challenge - Sharon would love to work with you in utilising yoga to improve your overall health and wellbeing, from wherever you are right now. Sharon gets a sense of great joy in helping people to feel better than when they first come to her, and feels privileged to be allowed to assist them on their path to achieving improved health and wellbeing.
