Caroline has been practising, teaching and writing about natural therapies for more than 30 years. Her career encompasses clinics for ten years each in India, Cairns and Sydney. She holds extensive qualifications across naturopathy, homeopathy, nutrition, botanical medicine and remedial massage and combines all of her knowledge and experience into an ultimate health program for her clients. She holds extensive qualifications across naturopathy, homeopathy, nutrition, botanical medicine and remedial massage and combines all of her knowledge and experience into an ultimate health program for her clients. Her specialities are digestion, skin, stress, sleep and diet. Caroline is a caring and experienced practitioner who walks her talk. She loves to empower her clients with self-healing tools to live their best life. Caroline believes there are always natural options to support optimal health and improve quality of life. Being service-oriented and health conscious from a young age, Caroline loved practising yoga and reading natural therapy magazines throughout her teens. In 1992, she became the youngest graduate from Nature Care College. She has lectured at Nature Care College, Health Schools Australia, Ayurveda Elements Academy and The Yoga Therapy Institute. Caroline is also the author of more than 150 published articles, and two books - A Woman’s Ayurvedic Herbal and Vastu Shastra. First Aid Training is another area of Caroline’s expertise as director and head trainer of Staying Alive First Aid. A percentage of this company’s profits supports Save the Children Australia. She is currently studying to become a Buteyko method trainer and looks forward to utilising this in 2021. Caroline offers online consultations and in clinic treatments.
