Lyndell is a nature-based therapist, certified Holy Fire® Reiki Master, international best-selling author and holistic human development coach. Lyndell’s mission is to support women to uncover their inner goddess and stand in their personal power by developing their own self-care toolkit. Using a combination of eco-therapy, nature immersion and reiki, Lyndell helps people create their own personalised practices. She is also trained in SoulNar sound, meditation, energy healing and advanced DNA ThetaHealing® and intertwines principles of these into her sessions to help women find the modalities that they feel most connected to. With a lifelong passion for supporting and developing women, Lyndell ran her own dance business for over 25 years and still cherishes the deep relationships and connections from this time. These days, her soul business is the culmination of her personal journey to uncover her authentic truth and to stand in her personal power. After suffering emotional and psychological abuse in a toxic 30 year marriage, Lyndell knows all too well what it feels like to lose all of your confidence and have to start life over again. Forever grateful to the beautiful women who have been her lighthouses along the way, Lyndell is now honoured to be part of the healing journey for other women. Lyndell is the international best-selling co-author of “Unapologetic: Shedding Inauthenticity To Become Uniquely You” which shares the wisdom of women who embrace their power and unapologetically embody their uniqueness. She loves helping her clients to shed the layers, support them through the depths of rock bottom, move past the self-limiting beliefs and inspire them to find their new path.
