Practitioner Referral Program Terms and Conditions

This Program Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between SoulAdvisor (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the participants (hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate") who participate in the Practitioner Referral Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"). 

By participating in the Program, the Affiliates agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and the SoulAdvisor privacy policy

 

Eligibility

Participation in SoulAdvisor’s Affiliate program is open to individuals aged 18 and above who agree to comply with our terms and conditions.

The Practitioner Referral Program is open to individuals who are enthusiastic about SoulAdvisor's mission and desire to share its value with their network. This program welcomes practitioners, coaches, healers, and anyone who resonates with SoulAdvisor's values.

We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who share the same passion for wellness, personal growth, and community-building. 

Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn an ongoing 15% commission on all eligible sales of SoulAdvisor memberships.

This commission is to ensure that affiliates are well-rewarded for their efforts in bringing new practitioners to the SoulAdvisor platform. 

This process remains ongoing as long as the referred practitioners remain members of our platform.

To earn the commission, the affiliates must follow the established process outlined in the Practitioner Referral Program

Payouts

Affiliate commissions and status will be visible on the affiliate’s dashboard and paid directly to the affiliate's designated account on request. 

Affiliates have to request the withdrawals of their earned rewards. The company will then review and authorize these requests before the rewards are transferred.

Compliance

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and refrain from engaging in any deceptive or misleading promotion of SoulAdvisor memberships

It is crucial to use accurate information when advertising our offerings, avoiding any incorrect or exaggerated claims that may cause confusion or false expectations.

Maintaining high ethical standards in all marketing efforts is a part of the company's core value of building trust with customers and contributing to the overall credibility of the brand. 

Brand Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to represent SoulAdvisor in a positive light and maintain the integrity of our brand in all promotional activities. 

This includes the usage of tone, wording, our official logos, branding materials, and marketing assets as provided by SoulAdvisor.

Promotional efforts must align with the overarching mission of the company, ensuring that the message conveyed resonates with our core principles and appeals to our target audience.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of SoulAdvisor or violate any applicable laws or regulations. 

This includes engaging in spam, exploiting, or other unethical marketing practices. Using false or misleading information to promote SoulAdvisor programs is strictly forbidden.

By adhering to these guidelines, affiliates not only protect their reputation in the program but also contribute to the overall well-being of SoulAdvisor's brand. 

Termination 

SoulAdvisor reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate participating in the program at any time for violation of our terms and conditions. 

This includes engaging in any activity that is deemed destructive to the company's brand or business. 

Any form of violations will be taken seriously, as they can have far-reaching consequences on the company's community and brand image.

Affiliates are highly encouraged to seek clarification from SoulAdvisor's team on any concerns that they may have regarding compliance with the policies. 

Modification of Terms

SoulAdvisor may update or modify the terms and conditions of the referral programs at any time. 

Affiliates will be notified of any changes through email, website announcements, or other appropriate channels. Affiliates are encouraged to regularly review the terms and conditions for any revisions.

By keeping up with new information, affiliates can ensure their continued success within our program, and adapt to any changes that may arise. 

Agreement Acceptance

By joining SoulAdvisor as an affiliate you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in termination from the program.

This agreement laid a foundation of trust and collaboration, which is essential for maintaining a positive and productive relationship between SoulAdvisor and the Affiliates. 

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration. 

By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge this governance structure and agree to follow the arbitration process should any disputes arise.

 

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a fair and transparent referral program that aligns with SoulAdvisor’s values mission and community standards.
