Practitioner Membership Terms & Conditions
These Membership Program Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between SoulAdvisor (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the practitioners (hereinafter referred to as the "Member" or "Practitioner") who sign up for SoulAdvisor Membership (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership") and for Angkor Grace membership, which is provided by Angkor Grace Residence & Wellness Resort (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
By signing up to the Program, the Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and the SoulAdvisor privacy policy.
Membership Eligibility
1.1 Membership is open to all qualified practitioners
1.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing any reasons.
Membership Options
2.1 Membership of SoulAdvisor is available for suitably qualified practitioners at 4 levels :
- Free Membership
- Standard Membership
- Premium Membership
- Angkor Grace Membership
Angkor Grace Members are eligible for Angkor Grace Program, and the program has its independent Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Other than Free Membership which is provided as a first step of engagement and available for a maximum period of 6 months only, the Member can choose between two payment options:
a) Monthly Payment: The Member agrees to pay a recurring monthly fee as governed by terms and conditions.
b) Yearly Payment: The Member agrees to pay a recurring yearly fee as governed by terms and conditions.
2.4 Costs associated with the all Membership plans that relate to Australian residents may incur an additional GST charge. For non-Australian residents, this will not apply, however country specific taxes may and will be applied at the time of processing your Membership.
Membership Benefits
3.1 The Member will be entitled to the benefits and services outlined in here according to the level of membership paid for.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to modify any benefits or services offered as part of Membership at any time.
Payment Terms
4.1 The Member authorises the Company to charge the designated payment method each month for the recurring membership fee.
4.2 The Member acknowledges that the monthly fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.3 The Member is reminded of upcoming automatic deductions from their account.
4.4 The Membership fees will be charged in USD.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to provide discounted fees for business and marketing purposes.
4.6 The Company reserves the right to update and modify fees at any time with sufficient notice to Members.
4.7 Failed Payment
a) In the event of a failed payment, the Company will make three more attempts via the payment processor Stripe. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the Membership will be downgraded to Free.
b) The Member shall be responsible for any fees or charges associated with a failed payment.
c) A Company staff member can be reached by [email protected] to support.
d) The Member can manually update their payment method and make a failed payment via their SoulAdvisor dashboard.
e) In the case of Angkor Grace membership, the Practitioner will have up to 36 months to pay for 12 months of membership to enable redemption of the Angkor Grace program.
Membership Terms and Termination
5.1 Monthly/Yearly Payment
a) The membership term will be valid for one month/year from the date of payment.
b) The membership fee will automatically be deducted each month/year, unless the Member cancels the membership by downgrading to Free Membership.
5.2 Downgrading Membership Plan
a) If the Member chooses to downgrade their Membership Plan, there will be no reimbursement.
b) The benefits of the previous plan will remain in place for the paid term of that plan, whether it was monthly or yearly and these will be removed on the date of the end of the payment cycle.
