Why am I not allowed to include my contact details on my profile?

SoulAdvisor is a booking platform rather than a directory. We have meticulously created a seamless booking process with the customer experience in mind. From using live chat to the final payment, all interactions are managed within the platform.

Your profile displays details to encourage and support bookings. Once a reservation request or booking is made, clients will be provided with your contact details and you will receive theirs. This will enable you to communicate any pre or post-session information. 

Under our platform guidelinespractitioners must ensure communication, appointments, and ongoing dealings are completed within the platform and do not move relationships offline. Our booking revenue is how we can remain sustainable and continue to assist our industry and practitioners.

We require you to work within the SoulAdvisor platform and provide the best customer experience while honouring our value of being trustworthy, as outlined in our Community Standards.

As part of our purpose-driven community, profits generated from our Global Collective will be reinvested into the SoulAdvisor Foundation.
