What is your payment method?

We facilitate booking payments on our platform via Stripe, a third-party payment processor and do not hold any funds or personal financial details.

Payments are sent directly to the practitioner's nominated bank account when a booking is confirmed, minus the deduction of processing fees and if applicable, SoulAdvisor's commission.

Stripe costs

Processing fees are based on the following: 

  • Domestic Charges - 1.75% + $0.30
  • International Charges - 2.9% + $0.30

This will be applied once a payment has been made, and cannot be refunded.

Stripe payment terms

As outlined on the Stripe website, when you start with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful payment. The first payout usually takes a little longer to establish the Stripe account. Processing subsequent payouts then happens according to your account’s payout schedule (approx. 2-4 working days).

Setting up a Stripe account

  • If you already have a Stripe account, you can simply link it to your profile.
  • If you do not have a Stripe account, you can create one in a few easy steps as prompted in your dashboard.

The payment method you choose may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Stripe. By making a payment through a third-party payment processor, you accept the applicable terms and conditions.
