Making the most of Your Free Membership

Your SoulAdvisor Free Membership offers you the beginnings of all that is available through our platform and community.

• Your Free Membership listing will be visible for 12 months. After this period, if you have not upgraded your level of membership, your profile page will become hidden.
• With our free membership, your listing provides a basic profile, which enables you to receive unlimited reservation requests, but you can only respond to requests from three clients per month. Whilst you will be able to see that you have received a 4th, 5th, or 6th enquiry, you will not be provided with the details you need to respond to the reservation request. This is only possible if you upgrade to a Standard, Premium, or Angkor Grace membership. When you take up these higher levels of membership you will be able to access the hidden details and can respond to an unlimited number of enquiries.
• Your basic profile will allow you to appear in therapy or country searches that clients may make on our platform. You can show your name, location, language, and up to 3 therapies in which you practice. If you practice in more than three modalities, you will be able to add these, and therefore appear in searches, only when you have upgraded your membership. 
• Make sure to share your Community Badge throughout your online presence as this indicates you are part of a trusted proactive community of Traditional Complementary Integrative Healthcare (TCIH) practitioners.
• Whilst holding a Free Membership please take advantage of the capacity to contribute to Your Sanctuary. Your contribution will be linked to your listing at paid levels of membership but meanwhile having your articles published in Your Sanctuary will contribute to your SEO and online presence, building trust in your professional practice.
• SoulAdvisor will remind your clients to review and rate your services. This creates a sense of trust for your potential clients and has been shown to increase your reservation requests. Please take the opportunity to remind them to jot down a few words. SoulAdvisor will check all incoming reviews before publishing to ensure they are within our guidelines.
• SoulAdvisor occasionally hosts live practitioner sessions, Ignite Your Practice, to build community and discuss the latest developments here at SoulAdvisor are a great opportunity to engage with other practitioners and build your referral networks. You will hear about these in our newsletters, and announcements delivered to your inbox and online.
• Our online Community Forum is a great opportunity to ask questions and involve yourself in discussions to get to know our global collective.
