To maintain a positive outlook and credibility for your service, the practitioners can invite their clients who have had sessions outside of SoulAdvisor to write a review about their experience. 

1. Navigate to "Reviews" on your dashboard.

2. To invite your clients to write a review about your service, click on "Invite to review".

3. Enter their First name and Last name, along with their email address. Then "Send invitations" 

4. To encourage valuable feedback, we'll send your client an invitation email with a link to write a review. To access the review form, they'll need to log in to their SoulAdvisor account. Our team will then carefully review each submission before approving and publishing it. Once published, the review will be visible here and on your profile.
