How do I respond to a reservation request?
Apart from 1:1 service offering types, the clients will need to request a reservation and await your response. To ensure a smooth and positive experience for your clients, practitioners are highly encouraged to respond to the reservation as soon as they can. Here are the steps on how to respond to a reservation:
1. Begin by navigating to the "Client appointments"
2. Then, go to "Reservations". Here you'll find a list of all pending reservation requests by your clients. Each request will display key details such as the service’s name, the client's name, desired date and time, session type, and price.
Once you've identified the reservation request you need to address, click on "Respond" to message the client to confirm or decline their requests.
3. Send your client the information needed to organize a booking time and payment directly through your system.
