How do I offer the Mentoring service?

SoulAdvisor's Mentoring program connects experienced TCIH practitioners with aspiring individuals seeking guidance and support in advancing their careers. This personalized and goal-oriented program fosters collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment, enabling mentees to develop their skills, make informed decisions, and achieve both personal and professional goals. As a Mentor with more than ten years of experience, you can offer valuable insights and guidance, while the mentees gain access to a network of support and expertise within the TCIH field, ultimately contributing to the growth and advancement of our industry.

While only Premium and Angkor Grace plan members can offer Mentoring services, any practitioners, despite their membership plan can book the service to gain the benefits of advancing their personal and professional growth. You can filter our search for practitioners who offer Mentoring service here

Note:

SoulAdvisor fosters the connection between mentors and mentees, providing a platform for their professional development.

  • To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, SoulAdvisor offers a sample Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for mentors and mentees to review and agree upon before commencing the Mentoring service.
  • SoulAdvisor does not act as a mediator or facilitator in the Mentoring process. The engagement is entirely managed by the mentor and mentee, fostering a personalized and collaborative learning experience.
  • Pricing for the Mentoring service is determined by the mentor, based on their hourly rate. This ensures transparency and allows both parties to agree upon a mutually beneficial arrangement.
