How do I change the email address or passwords connected to my profile?

To change your email address and/or password, simply log into your dashboard and go to your account. Once there you can select to nominate a different email address, and/or enter a new password.

Please note that once a new email address has been nominated, a confirmation email will be sent to you, and you are required to follow through with the confirmation within 48 hours. Please check out how to ensure the email address is recognised if you experience any issues.

When it comes to your password, you can reset your password as outlined above, or in the log-in area by clicking "Forgot your password?" or click here.
