How do I block out my availability in my calendar?

When setting up your calendar, you would have been required to allocate normal working hours and availability to receive client appointments.

Once completed, your customers would be able to book a time either on the spot or to be confirmed, providing a seamless booking process. However, if you need to be unavailable over a block of time, as a one-off e.g. holidays, you are attending a course or for other personal reasons, then you can elect to block out time rather than change your working hours.

Blocking out availability

  1. Go to Dashboard > Calendar
  2. Click "Block" on the right
  3. A pop-up window will appear that will enable you to nominate specific dates and times that you would like to block.
  4. Confirm
