For too long, we have taken Earth’s sacred waters for granted—polluting, diverting, and privatizing the very source that nourishes all beings. Rivers are drying, oceans are rising, and the balance of the hydrological cycle is under threat. But water is also a teacher, showing us the way forward with its fluidity, adaptability, and profound intelligence. Now is the time to remember. Now is the time to act.

An amazing opportunity to join Suzanne Sterling for Sacred Waters, an immersive gathering where we will reclaim our ancient connection to water as a life force, a spiritual ally, and a guide to transformation.

We will be tucked between Nosara and Samara in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste Province, providing the perfect sanctuary—surrounded by lush jungle, flowing rivers, and the rhythmic pulse of the ocean.

Through song, ritual, movement, and sacred activism, we will:

 Learn from water—its wisdom, resilience, and ability to shape the world.
 Engage in ceremony—honoring water as a living being and deepening our relationship with it.
 Activate our voices and bodies—to become stewards of the sacred waters.
 Reconnect to our liquid intelligence—aligning with the rhythm of nature, the Earth’s deep memory, and our own inner flow.

This is more than a retreat—it is a call to action, an invitation to embody the healing and freedom that water offers, and a commitment to protecting the waters of our world.

Suzanne Sterling

Suzanne Sterling, activist and musician, has been leading Sacred Waters Immersions that go beyond healing—they are movements for change. “Water is life. We are liquid intelligence,” she says. These immersions bring women together to reconnect with the Earth through ritual, sacred song, and collective action. They are an invitation to step into our creative power and reclaim our roles as protectors and stewards of the Earth’s waters.
