Mena from Counselling Confidence is excited to be participating in this Mini Wellness Expo organised by Helen Bichel, Sound Therapist, Quantum Healer and owner of Uneeek Gifts at Cannon Hill KMart Plaza. 

Mena will be providing 1/2 hour Astrology consults and readings throughout the day.  At 4.05pm Mena will present a free group session on the benefits of Hypnosis for health.
