Chanting together during times of great personal and collective change is such a powerful way to return to a grounded and peaceful presence and bring hope and joy into our hearts and to the world.

There will be chai and Prasad afterwards, and an opportunity to stay on afterwards for a pot luck dinner, so bring something to share as well if you can!

Geeti & Gyan are a Sydney-based kirtan and conscious music duo who bring a joyful presence to their innovative fusion of mantra, heart song, meditation, yoga and sound healing to celebrate the beauty of the heart.

Their events, workshops and retreats provide wonderful, transformative opportunities to open and deepen into the love we are through the power of mantra, music, meditation and community connection.

Geeti & Gyan’s original East-meets-West conscious music fuses contemporary and traditional kirtan and mantra with uplifting English lyrics, and features vocals, guitar, harmonium, cajon, manjira and flute.

Geeti & Gyan’s open-hearted and inclusive facilitation enables people to relax, let go and open to uninhibited expression, deep nourishment and peace.

Geeti and Gyan are also excited about releasing some of their recently recorded music soon!

Geeti and Gyan’s purpose is to create pathways to love in service of humanity and the Earth, inspiring us to open and deepen into the love we are.

Geeti

Geeti is a Sydney based Kirtanist, Naada (sound) Yoga teacher and Sound Healer also with a background in conscious movement & dance. Her calling and passion is to uplift, transform and harmonise personal and collective energy through the joy of music, mantra and movement.

Geeti, together with her partner Gyan (as Geeti & Gyan) offer private and group sessions and events in sound healing, kirtan, hearts songs as well as private concerts and retreats.

Geeti & Gyan love sharing their innovative fusion of sacred music, mantra & movement as pathways to healing, awakening & connecting deeply to the heart.

They will soon be releasing music on Spotify and band camp with a full CD due late in 2025. They are also a part of the Sydney based Group Sound Samadhi that gathers monthly.

Gyan

Gyan with his partner Geeti offer an unique & soulful blend of kirtan, sacred song, conscious dance, yoga & sound healing to open the heart.

Their passion is to help people connect, transform & find unity with themselves, each other & the universe through music, mantra & movement.

They are both kirtanists, sound healers, and nada yoga teachers. Gyan is also a hatha yoga & meditation teacher and singer-songwriter, and Geeti is a Soul Motion conscious dance & Kiryuho movement facilitator.

They fuse the traditional with the contemporary, playing a variety of instruments including harmonium, guitar, piano, cajon, hand pans, harmonicas, sitar, tabla, manjira, flute, crystal & Tibetan bowls.

Their open & joyful hearts shine through their facilitation & music, allowing people to let go & surrender to uninhibited expression, & be filled with deep nourishment.
